Our main focus is CrossFit. CrossFit is constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements that you perform in your daily life. Here at CrossFit 356 we offer Group Sessions for adults and kids, 356 Speciality Classes, Personal Training and Competitor Programming.
CrossFit Classes
Whether you’re new or have years of experience, our CrossFit classes will challenge all levels. Classes are limited in number to ensure that our coaches can give you all the attention you need to allow you to move safely and progress daily.
CrossFit Kids & Teens
Besides being fun, our CrossFit Kids and Teens classes focus on proper form and mechanics of functional movements, making sure that every kid is constantly learning in the safest environment possible.
Whether already into sports or still finding their passion, our classes will make your child realise just how capable they are.
356 Skill Class - Engine
Incorporated in our membership, you get FREE access to our Engine classes. These classes are all about getting out of your comfort zone and pushing the pace.
356 Skill Class - Gymnastics
Gymnastic movements can often be regarded as some of the most challenging in sport. They require strength, as well as body control. These sessions are slow paced which allow you to focus on the right positions in order to be as efficient as possible.
356 Skill Class - Weightlifting
Weightlifting is a sport of good habits and positions. These sessions focus on specific exercises which will help develop your technique for the snatch and clean & jerk. These sessions cater for all levels and our coaches' main focus is to help you develop your technique.
Open Gym
Our premises are spacious enough to be able to offer Open Gym slots during all opening hours. Open Gym is for those experienced athletes looking to up their game by following a more advanced program like our Competitors Program.
356 Competitor Programming
Our Competitor program is designed for the advanced CrossFitter looking to take their fitness to the next level. It is a more advanced program that will challenge you physically and mentally and we recommend that you have solid foundations before jumping onto this program as the volume of work is a lot higher than our general fitness classes.
Personal Training
Do you want to get started but not sure how or where to start from? Personal training is a great way of getting started as it gives you the 1-2-1 attention you need in order to help you learn quicker but more importantly, more efficiently.
