Get your daily workout in during your lunch break with these Lunchtime Blitz sessions.
These quick 30 minute sessions are aimed at getting you in and out in between your working hours.
Our instructors will take you through a warm-up, a workout and a cool down. The workouts consist of a number of functional, bodyweight and gymnastics movements.
Once the session ends, you can freshen up by using our showers. This will leave you with enough time to grab something to eat on your way back to work, full of energy to continue your day.
