65+ FREE Classes

Here at CrossFit 356 we believe that everyone should be given a chance to be active. Just because we get older doesn’t mean we should stop moving.


As you get older, exercise helps you:

  • Live longer

  • Reduce the risk of stroke/heart attack 

  • Better bone density

  • Reduce the risk of developing dementia

  • Prevent/delay illness such as arthritis, diabetes, cholesterol


That is why we have designed sessions for those aged 65 and over, and the best part is that they’re completely free of charge.


All you have to do is show up and leave the rest with us. We’ll take you through all the movements for the day and adapt them to your ability, irrelevant of your level of fitness.
