Starting CrossFit can sometimes be intimidating, which is why we have set up specific beginner sessions. These sessions will have a mix of abilities, so there's no need to feel shy, everyone started from somewhere.
These Beginner sessions will be held 3x a week and will give you a chance to join in with the group. However, during these sessions, we have set a limit of 6 beginners per class so that our coaches will be able to give each one of you the attention needed to make sure your movements are up to standard.
During these sessions, we will be having 2 coaches. The head coach will explain the session to the whole group and after that, you will be divided into 2 groups. The beginners will have a coach to themselves that will help them make any adjustments to the movements, to ensure they move as best as possible.
We're doing this to make sure that we give you the best service so that you are set up for success from day 1.
When joining CrossFit 356, you will need to make use of Wodify - This application will let you book classes and track your performance. All information can be found here.

07:00 - 08:00: Monday & Thursday
10:00 - 11:00: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
18:45 - 19:45: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Fee: €70 per month (Max 3 classes a week)
€135 for 10 sessions (to be used within 3 months)
